Rosie and Jim are puppet dolls,who share John’s travels in his narrowboat,Ragdoll. When his back is turned,their mischief knows no bounds. In this story they watch John negotiate the locks along the canal and in the evening he invents a wonderful story for them about a Water Wizard.
