Delivery and Shipping Schedule

We deliver within Bangalore city and once you place your order, the toys and books will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days! If you want your delivery rescheduled for whatever reason, we will endeavor to accommodate the request, but cannot provide any guarantee that it shall be done.

Pricing Policy

The Pricing is based on a subscription model where you pay for a monthly subscription and receive points per month through which you can choose the toys and books you want and place the order!

Damage Or Loss

All items delivered to you under subscription are delivered for a specific time period only and are the property of KidLib toys and book library. All item(s) sent to you are thoroughly checked for good condition prior to dispatch. Upon receipt of the item(s), you must ensure that the same is in good condition. Any anomaly, if found, must be reported to our delivery person. Failure to check and/or report the same will be construed as your having received an item in good condition. Once we receive the item(s) back, our staff at the centre will check it to ensure they are received in satisfactory condition. In the event of an item(s) being damaged, we shall intimate you within 3 business days after the receipt of item(s). The determination of an item being “damaged” will be at the sole discretion of KidLib toys and book library. If a toy/ book is damaged by your child, then you have two options:

  1. If a part is damaged, we try to repair it and charge only the actual cost of repair.
  2. In case it cannot be repaired then we charge you the depreciated cost of the toy or book  ranging between 20% to 60% less than MRP.

Cancellation/Termination Of Subscription

While we strive to make KidLib a joyful experience for every family, we understand that situations change. If you need to temporarily pause your subscription, we offer a 2-week pause option without needing to return your current items. You can utilize this pause option twice within a year.

For full cancellation requests, we currently handle each case individually to ensure we can best meet your needs and understand your specific situation. We kindly ask that you reach out to our friendly support team at [email protected] to discuss your request.

Refund Of Security Deposit

This is the deposit we take from every customer. The deposit will be returned to the customer’s bank account within 7-10 working days, after pick up of the toys and books at the end of the subscription period of the membership. In case the product taken on rent gets lost/ damaged or there are any pending payments for the membership plan, that amount will be deducted from the deposit. In case it is more than the security amount, the balance payment will have to be made by the customer.
