Registration and Membership
Sign up, choose a subscription plan that suits you, and start ordering. Easy!
During an active period of subscription, you can upgrade your membership at any time by contacting us on phone or email. The upgraded subscription will be applied from the following month, and you will be charged based on the new plan.
You may browse our catalogue and explore the variety that we have on offer, but to place an order, you need to register and pick from our subscription plans.
Yes! You can pause any ongoing subscription for up to 2 weeks, without needing to return the products you have during that period. You can only do this only twice in a one-year period.
Payment and Points System
We accept debit cards, credit cards, net banking, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and other UPI payments.
Each membership plan comes with a set number of points per month. These points must be used when placing your order and cannot be carried over to the next month.
You will not be able to checkout if you cross your monthly points limit. You will either need to remove items from your cart, or reach out to us to upgrade your existing plan.
While we strive to make KidLib a joyful experience for every family, we understand that situations change. If you need to temporarily pause your subscription, we offer a 2-week pause option without needing to return your current items. You can utilize this pause option twice within a year.
For full cancellation requests, we currently handle each case individually to ensure we can best meet your needs and understand your specific situation. We kindly ask that you reach out to our friendly support team at [email protected] to discuss your request.
We’re here to help in any way we can, and we value your feedback. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything we can do to make KidLib a better fit for your family.
Understanding our Points System:
- Each product in our library has a point value based on various factors, including price. You can easily find the point value listed on the product page.
- Your chosen membership plan has a monthly point allocation. This means you have a specific number of points you can use each month to rent toys, books, and/or games.
- When placing your order, simply select items that total to your allocated points or less.
Remember:
- You cannot save unused points from one month to the next.
- Explore our membership plans to find the one that best suits your family’s needs!
To ensure the safe return of our products, we request a security deposit from all customers. This deposit will be refunded to your bank account within 7-10 business days after the following:
- Successful pick-up of the rented items
- Confirmation of no outstanding charges (e.g., membership fees, damages)
Reasons for deductions from the deposit:
- Lost or damaged products
- Unpaid membership fees
If the cost of damage or unpaid fees exceeds the deposit, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.**
We recommend reviewing your membership plan details and familiarizing yourself with our damage policy before placing an order.
Toys and Books
Yes, it is extremely safe. We follow a detailed sanitization process that you can find here!
At KidLib, we foster a community built on the love of reading and respect for shared items. In case of accidental damages, the following will apply:
Damage Assessment:
- Partial damage: If possible, we will attempt a repair and charge the actual cost of repair, aiming for a sustainable solution.
- Unrepairable damage: In the unfortunate event of the item being damaged beyond repair, the Market Retail Price (MRP) will be deducted from your refundable deposit, in order to replace that item.
Remember:
- We want children to enjoy our books and toys! However, we also aim to maintain their quality for future users.
- We encourage responsible borrowing practices and respectful treatment of borrowed items.
Of course! We’re always looking to expand our collection and offer our members a larger variety to choose from. If you are looking for something specific and don’t find it on our website, tell us about it!

Delivery and Returns
We currently deliver within Bangalore city. Once you place your order, your carefully chosen toys and books will be delivered to your doorstep within 2-4 business days!
For new orders:
- Just go ahead and place your order, as long as you have a valid subscription plan. If you have a previous order, our delivery person will pick it up during your new order delivery. This way, you only have to handle one package at a time.
- By placing a new order, you automatically confirm the return of your previous items (for existing customers).
For returns only (no new order):
- If you only want to return items and don’t have a new order, simply reach out to our friendly team at [email protected]. They’ll be happy to help.
We provide free delivery once a month.
No, we don’t charge any late fees! However, if you haven’t returned items within 3 days after the due date, those items will be included in your next month’s rental cycle. If your membership plan ends, you will be required to return the toys or renew your membership within 3 days.
We carefully inspect all products before sending them out, but sometimes accidents happen. Here’s what you can do:
- Inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery. Simply inform the delivery person, and they will bring it back to us.
- We’ll promptly send you a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost.
Remember: By checking your items upon delivery, you help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
